Dungannon Swifts manager Harry Fay has placed highly-rated winger David Scullion on the transfer list. The speedy Northern Ireland Under-21 player has attracted interest from Carnegie Premier League rivals as well as some English clubs.
"Scullion has been tapped up by several clubs and there have been a lot of underhand attempts to lure the lad away from Stangmore Park," said Fay.
"Now, any one with an interest can lift the phone and make me an offer."
He added: "If I don't get an acceptable one I would be more than happy to have a fully committed Davy Scullion on board."
Fay, meanwhile, has completed the signing of Mark Magennis who was released by Linfield.
The Swifts boss still has to finalise a new contract with former Glentoran and Coleraine player Rory Hamill who is out of contract.
