Magennis is released by Linfield |  David Jeffrey signed Magennis from Limavady |
Midfielder Mark Magennis has been made available to other clubs after suffering a season crippled by injuries and a serious road accident. Magennis joined the Blues from Limavady at the start of last season. Meanwhile back-up goalkeeper Gregg Shannon has submitted a transfer request which has yet to be considered by Linfield's team managment. The 26-year-old's opportunities have been limited by the form of number one stopper Alan Mannus in recent seasons.
