Francis Murphy has spent the last four years at Distillery |
Lisburn Distillery winger Francis Murphy has agreed a move to their Carnegie League rivals Cliftonville. Murphy's switch to Solitude is set to be completed in time for the player to be eligible for Cliftonville's opening Intertoto Cup tie.
The 28-year-old moved to Distillery from Coleraine four years ago.
"Francis could have left during the transfer-window in January. He's got a great attitude and I wish him all the best," said Distillery boss Paul Kirk.
Meanwhile goalkeeper Paul Straney has been released by Cliftonville.
