Distillery shock Blues in Shield
Darren Armour
Darren Armour scored twice for Lisburn Distillery
Darren Armour grabbed a brace as Lisburn Distillery beat Linfield 2-1 in the semi-final of the Co Antrim Shield at Windsor Park on Tuesday night.

On 29 minutes Gareth McKeown skipped past Michael Gault and sent in a low cross which Armour dispatched into the net for his 10th goal of the season.

The striker blasted a shot past Alan Mannus ten minutes later before Mark Dickson tapped in from a yard on 43.

Paul McAreavey missed a 66th minute penalty after Paul Muir handled.

Whites goalkeeper Philip Matthews saved twice from Peter Thompson early in the match before Armour broke the deadlock.

Armour then latched onto a long clearance for his second after Matthews had denied McAreavey's effort at the other end.

Thompson got a foot to Jamie Mulgrew's cross before Dickson found the net and then midfielder McAreavey missed with his second half spot-kick.
