Larne close in on defender Black
Aaron Black
Aaron Black left Glenavon by mutual consent last week
Larne are preparing to make a move for defender Aaron Black, who was released by Glenavon last week.

Black, who had been captain of the Lurgan Blues team, has held talks with new Inver Park boss Paul Curran.

Aaron's brother Ross, who is also a defender, and striker Paul McKnight have also been linked with a switch from Glenavon to Inver Park.

Meanwhile, midfielder Stephen McAlorum is set to leave Glenavon after failing to secure a regular first-team place.

The former Northern Ireland youth international could be on his way to Donegal Celtic.
