Linfield ran out 5-0 winners over Amateur League Premier Division side Nortel in a friendly match on Monday. Timmy Adamson scored two for the Irish League champions with the other goals coming from Mark Dickson, Aidan O'Kane and Paul McAreavey.
Linfield resume their CIS Insurance Cup campaign at home to Larne on Saturday.
With four wins out of four in the competition, David Jeffrey's men are assured of a quarter-final place as they strive to retain the trophy.
