Michael Halliday scored two and Tim McCann, on trial at the Oval, one, as Glentoran beat PSNI 3-0 in a pre-season friendly game at Newforge on Saturday. Ballymena United defeated Airdrie 2-1 at the Showgrounds with Kevin Kelbie and Andrew Rosbotham on target.
Conor Hagan, Darren Armour and Andrew Waterworth netted as Lisburn Distillery saw off H&W Welders 3-0 while Coleraine defeated Wellington Rec 4-0.
Linfield won 3-2 at Banbridge with Peter Thompson among the scorers.
Gordon Patton (2), Ciaran Ferry and Stephen Carson were the scorers for the Bannsiders.
