Glentoran midfielder Tommy McCallion is set for an Oval exit |
Tommy McCallion is poised to leave Glentoran after the midfielder was made available to other clubs. The 28-year-old made his name with Cliftonville before returning to his hometown club Derry City.
McCallion moved from the Brandywell to Glentoran in 2003 and signed a three-year contract.
McCallion is the second midfielder deemed surplus to requirements at the Oval with Kevin Keegan also made available to other clubs last week.
Glens boss Roy Coyle signed former Glenavon and Coleraine player Keegan from the Bannsiders in 2002.
He signed a two-year extension to his contract last year but is now likely to leave with one year of the deal to run.
