Coleraine officials are having urgent negotiations with creditors in an attempt to stop the Irish Premier League club going bankrupt. The north-west club face a 3 August court deadline and so far they have failed to satisfy those owed money.
The owners of the Showgrounds, where the club play, are owed in the region of �30,000 while there is a bill of �360,000 for unpaid tax.
It is understood both have refused an offer of 3p in the pound.
Coleraine's overall debts are believed to amount to more than �1milion.
