Conor Forker scored in Armagh's win away to Newry |
Newry City's league slump continued when they lost at home to Armagh City. Former Dungannon and Glenavon forward Conor Forker headed Armagh into a 16th-minute lead after a weak punch from home keeper Robert Robinson.
James Willis turned well to fire in Newry's equaliser on 67 minutes but David Ward got on the end of a Forker cross to sidefoot the winner.
Newry, having won five in a row under new manager Paul Millar, have now taken just one point from a possible 12.
To make matters worse, they had striker Andy Crawford stretchered off with an anke injury.
