 Paul Brown helped Sligo win promotion in the Eircom League |
Ballymena United have won the race to sign Paul Brown from Sligo Rovers. The former Limavady United striker has agreed a deal which will keep him with the Sky Blues until the end of the 2007-08 season.
Brown is likely to go straight into Tommy Wright's side for the league game against Cliftonville on Saturday.
Glenavon and Coleraine had also been interested in Brown who helped Sligo Rovers win the First Division in the Eircom League last year.
Brown's decision means he will link up again with boss Wright, having played for him at Limavady.
