Holders Portadown are through to the last 16 of the Nationwide Irish Cup thanks to Kyle Neill's 28th-minute strike at Shamrock Park. Neill's deflected shot from 20 yards beat Crues keeper Neil Armstrong after Richard Clarke and Aaron Baker had set up the opening.
Earlier, the Ports had strong appeals for a penalty turned down when Stephen McBride appeared to foul Gary Hamilton.
