 Oran Kearney has signed for Setanta Cup holders Linfield |
Linfield have unveiled Ballymena United midfielder Oran Kearney as their latest close-season capture. It follows the decision of Blues pair Greg Shannon and Stuart King to move in the opposite direction.
New Ballymena boss Tommy Wright had been keen to keep Kearney on board but the Ballymoney lad was tempted by the lure of the Setanta Cup holders.
Linfield boss David Jeffrey described Kearney as strong in the middle of the park and a welcome boost to his squad.
Kearney joins former Sunderland reserve Chris Kingsberry in moving to Windsor Park.
