Chelsea stars Arjen Robben and Mikael Forssell were in Belfast on Tuesday to make the draw for the 2005 NI Milk Cup youth tournament.

The competition, which runs from 1-5 August, attracts big-name teams from all over the world.

Brazil will return to the Elite Section and Benfica have also signed up.

"I played in the Milk Cup eight years ago. Chelsea spotted me there so I am really thankful to the tournament," said Forssell.

Chelsea stars Damien Duff and Joe Cole have played in the Milk Cup and Robben said it was important stepping-stone in the development of young players.

"It is a great level to show what you can do and to prove yourself as a player," said the Dutch international.

"I played in the Ballymena tournament for the Holland national team at Under-16 and it is a great experience as a player."

Benfica's return to the Premier Under-16 section is the result of a promise the great Eusebio made to the late Bertie Peacock, a founder of the Milk Cup.

In the Junior grouping, there are first appearances for Espiranca of Brazil and Costa Rica.
