Ballymena's interest in Tommy Wright is thought to have waned |
Ballymena United are believed to have cooled their interest in recruiting Tommy Wright to be their new manager. Speculation had been rife that the Sky Blues were anxious to acquire the services of the Limavady boss after the dismissal of Kenny Shiels last week.
The post was advertised at the weekend and former Northern Ireland midfielder Michael O'Neill has already expressed an interest in the job.
Shiels himself is believed to have applied for the Showgrounds post.
Other names in the frame include Coleraine boss Marty Quinn and Paul Kee, manager of recently relegated Omagh Town.
