Boyle injury blow for Portadown |  Wesley Boyle has been in fine form for Portadown recently |
Portadown's title challenge was dealt a blow on Wednesday with the news that in-form midfielder Wesley Boyle will be out of action for up to six weeks. The former Leeds starlet suffered a double fracture of the cheekbone after getting an elbow in the face during the weekend Irish Cup win over Glenavon. The injury was initially not thought to be serious but an X-ray has revealed the full extent of the damage. Boyle has been impressive in his recent role as a stand-in striker.
