England Under-21 boss Stuart Pearce got a chance to run the rule over some of his young stars in their goalless friendly draw against the Dutch.

Arsenal's teenage midfielder Jack Wilshere was given a 30-minute run out, while Frank Fielding impressed in goal.

Fielding parried an effort from Arsenal youngster Nacer Barazite and then kept out a Vurnon Anita effort late on.

Micah Richards had England's best chances but headed over and saw a shot saved by Newcastle's Tim Krul.
