David Healy, Keith Gillespie and Jonny Evans missed Northern Ireland training on Monday ahead of the Euro 2008 qualifier against Iceland in Reykjavik.
Striker Healy has a calf strain, winger Gillespie sat out the session with a bruised knee while defender Evans has a bruised ankle.
Northern Ireland boss Nigel Worthington expects all three to be fit for Wednesday night's vital Group F game.
Iceland striker Eidur Gudjohnsen has been passed fit after a knee injury.
The Barcelona player starred in Iceland's 3-0 win over Northern Ireland in the opening qualifier at Windsor Park just over a year ago.
The Northern Ireland trio were injured in the 1-0 weekend defeat by Latvia in Riga.
Worthington's team have the incentive of going top of the group if they beat the hosts.
The Northern Ireland squad trained in heavy rain and strong winds just outside Reykjavik and similar conditions are forecast for the match.
Sweden lead the standings with Northern Ireland and Spain three points back.
Northern Ireland have a superior head-to-head record over both teams, so with Sweden not playing on Wednesday it offers them the opportunity to take over top spot.
Worthington is expected to make changes after a disappointing display on Saturday evening.
"I could change 11 players after that performance," he said after the game.
"There were not too many clever displays to warrant someone being an automatic choice."
