Arsenal triumphed against Man Utd in the 2005 final
Manchester United will meet Arsenal in the quarter-final of the FA Cup after the Gunners won their fifth-round replay 5-0 against Leyton Orient.
Manchester City beat Aston Villa and will host Reading, who beat Everton, while Stoke will be at home to West Ham after the Hammers beat Burnley.
In an all-Premier League tie, Bolton Wanderers will travel to Carling Cup winners Birmingham.
The quarter-final ties will be played on 12 and 13 March.
Premier League leaders Manchester United scraped into the hat by edging past non-league side Crawley 1-0 in the fifth round.
They last met Arsenal in the FA Cup in 2008 when the Red Devils were 4-0 winners, while Arsene Wenger's side triumphed over United in the 2005 final on penalties.
Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw away to League One side Leyton Orient, but won the replay convincingly at the Emirates Stadium.
