Ridgeons Premier League side Leiston earned a second chance to secure their place in the FA Cup second round with a draw against 10-man Fleetwood Town.
Fleetwood had to hold out for the final 27 minutes after Nathan Pond's red card for a dangerous tackle on Judd Chenery.
Leiston thought they had won the tie late on but Lee McGlone's strike was ruled out for offside.
Fleetwood's Steve Foster also blazed over late on but neither side could break the deadlock.
Leiston manager Carl Chenery told BBC Radio Suffolk:
"The players are maybe a little disappointed they couldn't finish it off today, especially when they went down to ten (men).
"We're still in the hat and we've still got an opportunity, the players are not afraid of travelling away, they've proved that in the past so we've just got to get ourselves prepared.
