League Two strugglers Grimsby were denied a shock win over Carlisle by a late penalty from Zigor Aranalde. Paul Bolland's close-range effort was tipped over by Keiran Westwood before he seized on Martin Butler's flick-on to lash an angled drive past Westwood.
Peter Murphy saw his header cleared off the line as the Cumbrians pressed.
And Aranalde hammered home from the spot after Tom Newey had handled Bridge-Wilkinson's cross into the box and received his second yellow card.
