Kabba: Blades can upset Gunners
Steve Kabba
Steve Kabba has been a hit with Blades' fans
Sheffield United's Steven Kabba has warned Arsenal not to underestimate the Blades in their FA Cup semi-final on Sunday.

The 22-year-old, who grew up in London following Crystal Palace and Arsenal, believes United have enough quality to upset the odds against Arsene Wenger's cup holders.

"Arsenal have probably never heard of a lot of our players but you never know what might happen," he said.

"We've got players who score goals from all positions, like Michael Brown, who has 17 goals from midfield.

"Facing Arsenal is a daunting prospect.

"They have some great players and, in Thierry Henry, they have an amazing footballer.

"I watch a lot of strikers and he is one you can only learn from. When I was younger I used to watch Ian Wright and learned a lot from him."

Kabba has been a hit with United fans since his 250,000 transfer from Palace in 2002, scoring 10 goals, including the one that knocked out Leeds in the quarter-finals.

He is in red-hot form, having scored six in his last nine games.

The last time Sheffield United reached the FA Cup final was in 1936 when they lost to Arsenal - but if they are looking for omens then they need look no further than Kabba.

Sheffield United are yet to lose a match in which he has scored.
