Ukrainian referee Oleh Orekhov has been handed a life ban from football for his involvement in a match-fixing scandal.
European football's governing body Uefa said Orekhov had breached "principles of loyalty and integrity".
However, it did not specify either the leagues or particular matches in which he helped to influence results.
Fraud and organised crime officers in Bochum, Germany, have been investigating more than 200 matches played in at least 11 countries.
Uefa said it had used "information from ongoing investigations by German police into match-fixing and corruption" in the case against Orekhov.
The ruling of its Control and Disciplinary Body is subject to appeal within three days of the sending of the reasons for the punishment.
