Bolton secure Uefa knockout spot
Gary Megson
Gary Megson says Premier League survival is Bolton's priority
Bolton Wanderers are into the knockout stages of the Uefa Cup after securing third place in Group F.

Bayern Munich's 6-0 win over Salonika on Wednesday ensured their progress, although Braga's 2-0 win over Red Star Belgrade meant they slipped to third.

They will now play a team which finished top of another Uefa Cup group when the draw is made on Friday.

Elsewhere, Tottenham finished second in Group G as a result of Getafe's 2-1 win over Anderlecht.

That result means Spurs will be drawn against one of the teams which finished third in the Champions League group stage.

Bolton boss Gary Megson has stated that the Premier League is more important to Bolton than the Uefa Cup.
