Roma and Manchester United have been fined after crowd trouble at the Champions League quarter-final first leg tie at the Stadio Olimpico. Roma have been fined �31,000, while United received a �14,500 penalty. Both clubs have three days to appeal, upon receipt of written confirmation.
Uefa took action after fans of both clubs threw missiles at each other.
Supporters also clashed with Italian police, who were heavily criticised for their behaviour by United supporters.
