Walter Smith admitted that his Rangers side did not do enough to deserve any more against Osasuna after the Glasgow side exiting the Uefa Cup in Pamplona. "We hoped to play a little better than we did in the first half especially, but it was not to be," said the Rangers boss after the 1-0 defeat in Spain. "At the end of the day, we did not create enough opportunities. "We played reasonably well in some aspects, but especially disappointing was how we played in the first leg."
