 Ibrahimovic scored against Italy for Sweden during Euro 2004 |
Juventus have signed striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Ajax for �10.8m. The 22-year-old Swedish international has joined Juve on a four-year contract after impressing during Euro 2004 with a series of impressive performances.
Ibrahimovic has spent three years with Ajax after joining from Malmo for �6.3m and scored 35 goals in 74 league appearances for the Dutch champions.
Juve also completed the signing of Italy captain Fabio Cannavaro from Inter Milan for �6.6m.
