A poll of football experts has been conducted by the BBC Sport website to produce a predicted top four for the 2010-11 Premier League season.
England's former manager Graham Taylor and winger Chris Waddle were among more than 30 people we quizzed, along with Lee Dixon, Robbie Savage and a variety of journalists and commentators.
The identities of the top four will be revealed daily, one by one from Tuesday, with the outright winner and all the individual selections announced on Friday, on the eve of the new season.
Our survey forecasts MANCHESTER CITY will finish in fourth, with their big spending helping send them into a Champions League place.
Most of our pundits believe Roberto Mancini's side, who finished fifth in May - three points behind fourth-placed Tottenham - will make the top four this time, although only two reckon they can win the title.
Here's what a few of them had to say:
MAN CITY - PREDICTED FIRST CHOICE
"Just look at the talent. Could still do with a couple of decent centre-backs, though. If only Arsenal could keep everyone fit all season, I'd say them." Sid Lowe, Spanish football expert
"The established order is due for a shake-up. If City's highly talented squad can gel, they'll be dangerous. Very much like Chelsea when Roman Abramovich took over, City will have to be taken seriously sooner rather than later. Add the fact that they can buy quality players in the January window makes them a real live prospect." Rodney Hinds, Sport editor, The Voice
MAN CITY - PREDICTED SECOND PLACE
"They have got the best squad in the Premier League, although I think there is a club with a better first team." Robbie Savage, Wales and Derby County midfielder
"It's hard to discount Manchester City after the mass recruitment drive. Squad strength will tell as campaign develops but time required for Mancini to manage potential problems." Matt Barlow, Daily Mail football correspondent
"I wonder if Man Utd will be able to cope with their ageing players so well. Could this be the moment their neighbours break into the top four and overtake them?" Ben Clissett, Daily Telegraph Head of Sport
How the poll works
Our pundits were asked to predict their top four, in order.
We allocated four points for each first place, three for second, two for third, and one for fourth.
The teams were then ranked according to their total points.
On Wednesday, the predicted third team will be revealed...
