Wolves moved closer to securing their Premier League survival after battling to a drab goalless draw with Stoke.
Chances were limited with Stoke centre-back Abdoulaye Faye spurning a hat-trick of first half opportunities.
At the other end David Edwards headed straight at Thomas Sorensen while Mamady Sidibe blazed over from close range for Stoke in the second half.
Late on Glenn Whelan's strike flew over the bar for Stoke while Kevin Foley's volley was just wide for Wolves.
The result sees Wolves move on to 33 points, six points above the relegation zone with just four games to play.
New Contract for Craddock - McCarthy
The first half was scrappy with Wolves enjoying their fair share of possession but struggling in the final third. Indeed they looked like a side who had failed to score in six of their previous seven league matches at Molineux.
Stoke predictably relied on set-pieces to put their hosts under pressure with Faye heading wide from Rory Delap's long throw early on while Robert Huth's back header was straight at keeper Marcus Hahnemann.
Wolves first foray into Stoke's box saw David Jones just fail to get on to the end of Foley's cross from 12 yards out following decent build-up play by Mick McCarthy's side.
Faye was back in the action at the other end for Stoke - first heading Whelan's hooked ball over the bar while later heading Delap's throw just wide.
Perhaps Wolves' best chance of the game came when Edwards' near-post close-range header from Jones' corner was well saved by keeper Sorensen at the near post.
Sidibe had a golden opportunity to give Stoke the lead after the break but having found himself unmarked at the back post he sidefooted Whelan's cross over the bar from six yards.
Neat footwork at the other end from Edwards saw him carve out an opportunity for himself but he scuffed his shot from 12 yards out straight at Sorensen.
Pulis sets 46-point target for Stoke
Chances were hard to come by for both sides with Wolves bringing on Chris Iwelumo and Stoke turning to Tuncay as they went in search of the winner.
But Ronald Zubar headed straight at Sorensen from Jody Craddock's centre while late on Whelan's 25-yard strike flew just over Hahnemann's goal.
Foley later volleyed just wide for Wolves while Nenad Milijas' free-kick in injury-time was straight at Sorensen.
Wolves manager Mick McCarthy: "I thought Jody Craddock and Christophe (Berra) were outstanding. Some teams would have crumbled (from the succession of long throws) but we dealt with them.
"It is a great weapon to have in your armoury.
"This result means someone has to get seven points to get above us but we want to continue to pick up positive results until the end of the season.
"We want to end with a flourish and not have to worry about the other results."
Stoke boss Tony Pulis: "They cheered their own long throws and booed ours. It is a great weapon for us. The opposition don't like and we will keep using it, don't worry about that.
"The more the opposition don't like it, the more we will use it. he chairman is still paying the wages and the fans are still paying their money to come and watch.
"I get very disappointed when people say 'they are mid-table, they will be downing tools'.
"They still have a responsibility to the club and the fans. As long as I am manager, I will be keen for all my players to be committed."
