Portsmouth 0-1 Everton: Pompey, still without a point this season, welcome a Toffees' side that are turning around their own poor start to the season with four wins out of the last five
There are good omens for Portsmouth, winners against Everton home and away last season, as the Toffees have yet to earn a point away this season and Johnny Heitinga looks nervous at right back
David James and Tim Howard both make good saves but the visitors strike just before half-time when Louis Saha latches on to a long ball and lashes the ball in to the Portsmouth net with the home defence sleeping
Birmingham v Bolton (1500 BST): Fabio Capello is in attendance to watch Wanderers take the lead when a long-throw and a Kevin Davies flick-on set up Tamir Cohen to crash the ball home unmarked
Blackburn v Aston Villa: The visitors take an early lead through Gabriel Agbonlahor, following up on John Carew's knock down, his fifth goal of the season for third-placed Villa
Agbonlahor may have four goals in four games but Rovers look more likely to score next and do so when a long ball causes confusion in the Villa defence with occasional striker Chris Samba is on hand to score
Liverpool v Hull: The Reds make one change since their last win with Albert Riera brought in and the Spanish left-winger finds his compatriot Fernando Torres to score the opening goal with a clever jink and smart finish
Geovanni hasn't read the script, the Tigers' Brazilian equalising in front of the Kop as Martin Skrtel fails to clear a deep cross from the right
There is, literally and figuratively, no stopping Torres, though, as he collects Yossi Benayoun's through-ball and dances around the City defence to take Liverpool in to the break ahead
Torres gets his hat-trick before most fans have retaken their seats for the second half, cutting in from the right to finish with his left, five goals in his last two games
Stoke v Manchester United: Antonio Valencia, then Nani for United, and Liam Lawrence, for City, all spurn good attacking chances in an open first half
Tottenham v Burnley: Spurs' good start to the season may be in check since losses to Chelsea and Manchester United but, following a 5-0 midweek cup win, their spirits are high and Robbie Keane tucks in an early penalty
Stephen Fletcher has a goal ruled out for Burnley and Jermain Defoe misses a sitter from four yards before Jermaine Jenas scores a Spurs second from long range with the aid of a deflection
Wigan v Chelsea: The Blues may have one eye on equalling their best ever run - nine straight wins - but certainly are not watching Charles N'zogbia's cross or Titus Bramble's header that put the Latics in front
Florent Malouda takes it to the Wigan defence straight after the break and lays the ball off to Didier Drogba, who's shot trickles through Chris Kirkland to the embarrassment of the tall goalkeeper
Fulham v Arsenal (1730): Roy Hodgson's team, last season's over-achievers, have yet to hit their stride and host the Gunners, likely to field Andrey Arshavin, in the early evening London derby
