The Frenchman raced onto a through-pass from the lively Luis Boa Morte only to lose his balance and the ball as he closed down on Dean Kiely. The Addicks keeper had another lucky escape when Junichi Inamoto spotted him off his line.

Johansson then seized advantage of an uncontrolled back pass from Andy Melville to slot home his second eight minutes later.
Sean Davis, making his first appearance for Fulham this season, grabbed a late consolation goal for the visitors in the 89th minute.
