Andy Barcham's double helped Gillingham on their way to a win over Accrington.
Barcham exploited a defensive error to round keeper Alex Cisak and tap home from Kevin Maher's through ball.
Phil Edwards' penalty hit the post after Matt Lawrence brought down Andrew Procter, before Sean McConville equalised from Ian Craney's long ball.
Barcham clipped Adebayo Akinfenwa's flick over Cisak for 2-1, and Cody McDonald's header sealed it, making up for missing a sitter earlier.
Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler told BBC Radio Kent: "It's about winning football matches but we were not good enough first half, the players were told that.
"We adjusted our shape at the end of the first half because their movement was very good.
"We adapted to it and second half we were quite comfortable in the end when we got the third goal and we were much better.
"We were loose to start with, we made an adjustment and we were fine after that. It's all about winning matches, it doesn't matter how you win them."
