Macclesfield came from behind to beat Oxford with a brace from Paul Bolland.
James Constable struck from close range to give the visitors the lead and Alfie Potter set up Tom Craddock who slotted home to double United's advantage.
A Vinny Mukendi shot was parried by Ryan Clarke and the loose ball fell to Bolland who fired in to pull one back.
Matty Hamshaw equalised when he struck from 10 yards, before Mukendi pulled the ball back for an unmarked Bolland who fired in the winner.
Macclesfield manager Gary Simpson told BBC Radio Manchester: "We had a few words at half-time tried to sort a few positional things out which were causing us problems, and I said to them they've got to stick together.
"We shoved Draper on a little bit more and just said we'll try to turn them round and see if we can get one back.
"(Mukendi) has played a part in two of the goals and I've said I think he is a big talent, 6ft 6in, quick, decent touch and can score a goal and how one of the big boys haven't looked at him I don't know."
