Accrington substitute Rory Boulding scored in injury time to maintain their unbeaten record and deny Wycombe.
Matt Bloomfield gave Wycombe the lead, blasting into the roof of the net from Kevin Betsy's cross, the first league goal Stanley have conceded this season.
But in the fourth minute of stoppage time, Boulding directed Chris Turner's cross home from four yards out.
Both sides had hit the woodwork in the first half, Sean McConville for Stanley and Scott Rendell for Wycombe denied.
Wycombe manager Gary Waddock told BBC Three Counties Radio: "We have got ourselves into the position to pick up three points and have been unable to do that for the second week.
"It wasn't professional enough, totally unprofessional and it has resulted in us just picking up a point.
"This is a very difficult place to come to and they are a good side. But I thought we coped with them well. We had two or three opportunities to double our lead but were unable to take them. "
