Hereford United and Gillingham had to settle for a point each after playing out an entertaining goalless draw.
Bulls goalkeeper Adam Bartlett was first to be tested, tipping over a long range strike from Chris Palmer, who also hit the woodwork from 30 yards.
Hereford captain Janos Kovacs put the ball over the Gills' crossbar after a flick-on from striker Sean Canham.
And Gillingham nearly pinched the points at the death, Josh Gowling heading Danny Spiller's corner wide.
Hereford United manager Simon Davey told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "It's another clean sheet and another point, it's four points from two games. We would probably have settled for that at the start of the season.
"They came here and put five behind the ball, which made it difficult for us to get any passing movement going. It was probably a fair result on the day."
Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler told BBC Radio Kent: "I was delighted, we were phenominal. We deserved to win the game over 90 minutes."
"We played the ball really well. The pleasing thing is we worked on stuff, set pieces, and I cannot ask for any more."
"You can see the fans reaction. I was delighted with the boys."
