Hereford 2-1 Barnet

An own goal from Gary Breen sealed Hereford's third victory in a row and left Barnet in danger in League Two.

The Bulls went ahead when Mathieu Manset laid the ball back for James McQuilken to fire home from 12 yards.

A minute before the break Richard Rose nudged over his own line under pressure from veteran Bees striker Paul Furlong.

But after the break Hereford were the more positive, and Mark Pugh and Kenny Lunt went close before Manset's shot flew in off the outstretched Breen.

Hereford goalkeeper Adam Bartlett told BBC Hereford and Worcester:

"We knew that playing down the bank in the second half towards the fans it was going to be in our favour.

"We were determined and, bar the final five minutes, we played a lot of the second half in their half.

"It was a bit scrappy but that was acceptable given the pitch and the conditions but we've come through with three points so we are happy again."

Barnet manager Ian Hendon told BBC London 94.9:
"I'm never one to come out after a game and criticise referees, but we should have had a penalty.

"Albert Adomah was blatantly tripped inside the box.

"I'm sick of it. We've had some bad decisions given against us in recent weeks.

"I'm all for respecting the referees, but we need to get some consistency."
