A late Matt Tipton penalty rescued a point for Macclesfield as the visitors recorded a second unbeaten game since manager Keith Alexander's death.
Alexander died last week, and Tipton converted from the spot after Phil Edwards's handball to salvage a draw and add to Saturday's win at Hereford.
Stanley had deservedly taken the lead when Billy Kee fired in from 18 yards.
Both sides hit the woodwork, Lee Bell from 20 yards and Dean Winnard with a header for Stanley, but no winner came.
