Torquay United extended their unbeaten league run to four games with a draw against Dagenham & Redbridge.
United had two early chances with defender Mark Ellis volleying a Nicky Wroe corner wide, while keeper Tony Roberts kept out Chris Zebroski's shot.
Daggers striker Josh Scott headed wide but the hosts piled forward and almost grabbed a winner in the final stages.
Lee Mansell thumped a 25-yard shot against the bar and Roberts saved superbly from Eunan O'Kane late on.
Daggers assistant manager Terry Harris told BBC Essex:
"I thought in the first half we never really came to terms with their power, with their play, because they put us under a lot of pressure, but I thought second half we did.
"Maybe if there was going to be someone to nick a goal in the second half it would be us. But maybe a draw was a fair result."

"Paul set the plan out and it made it clear to the players we couldn't be too open.
