Anthony Straker's back-heeled strike secured a 2-1 win for Aldershot over Bournemouth as both sides had a player sent off in stoppage time.
Andy Sandell marked his 50th appearance for the Shots by curling in a superb left-footed free-kick for the opener.
The visitors levelled through a Brett Pitman penalty, but substitute Straker got the winner with his cheeky goal.
Tempers flared late on as the Cherries' Warren Cummings and unused Shots sub Clark Masters were shown red cards.
Left-back Cummings was preparing to take a throw-in when a ball, thrown at him from the bench by substitute keeper Masters, struck him in the face.
Cummings angrily kicked a ball back at Masters, and after players from both sides rushed in to separate the pair, they were both sent off.
Aldershot boss Kevin Dillon told BBC Surrey:
"That's the type of games I want to see here.
"It was terrific, the atmosphere was good, we got an early goal, I thought we played really well first half."
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe told BBC Radio Solent:
"I thought it was a very good game, very competitive. I thought we came into it the last 15 minutes of the first half, and in the second half I thought we were very good.
"We cannot afford for anyone to be sent off for dissent or something that's not tackle related. We have to keep everyone available to us in our current situation.
"Defeats hurt and that's three on the spin. We're hurting at the moment but we'll bounce back."
