Notts County twice came from behind to earn a thrilling draw with Bury.
Daniel Nardiello put Bury ahead, slotting in from Danny Racchi's pass, before Nardiello turned provider for Andy Morrell to slot in a second goal.
Lee Hughes turned in Luke Rodgers' low centre to pull one back before heading home from Ritchie's left-wing cross to restore parity.
Stephen Dawson struck from 25 yards to put Bury 3-2 up but Matt Ritchie pounced to slam home another equaliser.
Notts County manager Hans Backe told BBC Radio Nottingham:
"I told the players in the dressing room I had never been involved in such a game in 30 years as a manager. There could've been ten goals and it was an incredible game.
"I think we finished off a little strong than Bury, but from two down we shared great character to come back."
