Neither side looked like snatching the win despite Craig King and striker Leon Constantine going close for the Bulls.
Winger King squandered the best chance of the first half when he headed Ryan Valentine's cross wide.
After the break Constantine blasted over when well placed and an unmarked Gavin McCallum wasted a great chance when he headed off target.
