Ten-man Dagenham & Redbridge came from two goals down to maintain the pressure on League Two leaders Bournemouth.
Abu Ogogo was sent off early on for a poor challenge on Hamza Bencherif, and it got worse for Dagenham when Stuart Thurgood won and converted a penalty.
Ricky Sappleton put the Silkmen two ahead, but with 12 minutes left Wesley Thomas pulled a goal back for Dagenham.
Matthew Tipton's late dismissal evened the numbers before Mark Arber rescued a point with an injury-time penalty.
Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still told BBC Essex:
"We just kept going and going and it worked for us. We had 10 big brave men out there.
"It was just a fantastic comeback and then we hit the post at the death.
"Our players never lack for anything and certainly not effort."
