Mid-table Port Vale and Rotherham United played out a tame draw.

In a low key first half John McCombe and Kyle Perry both squandered decent chances for the home side.

At the other end, striker Drewe Broughton hit the post with a header and Micky Cummins fired the rebound over the bar.

Cummins was later taken off on a stretcher with a knee injury and Vale 'keeper Chris Martin made a fine late save to deny Reuben Reid.
