Reuben Reid's 10th goal in 10 games and his 18th of the season sealed all three points for mid-table Rotherham.

Notts County made the better start with Myles Weston hitting the bar and Jonathan Forte going close.

Rotherham took the lead through Mark Hudson who latched onto Micky Cummins fine through ball to open the scoring.

Reid made it 2-0 with a smart finish and although Jonathan Forte pulled one back by latching onto a long ball and finding the net, Rochdale held on.
