Notts County were spared a fourth straight defeat thanks to Delroy Facey's headed goal against Accrington.
James Ryan gave the visitors the lead when he was allowed to drive the ball 30 yards up the left touchline before firing a shot past Kevin Pilkington.
But Stanley were denied their second away win of the week when Facey glanced in Myles Weston's cross.
Accrington's Craig Lindfield had a shot cleared off the line as did Mike Edwards for County.
