Two late goals rescued a point for relegation-threatened Chester against Dagenham & Redbridge.
Dagenham went ahead on six minutes when Jon Nurse crossed for Ben Strevens to side-foot home from 10 yards out.
Strevens hit the post when through on goal but Matt Ritchie unleashed a left-footed strike to double the lead.
David Mannix gave Chester hope with a header from Ryan Lowe's corner on 86 minutes and, a minute from time, Kevin Roberts nodded home from close range.
It was City's second successive point after a run of six straight defeats on an afternoon that, thanks to results elsewhere, saw Mark Wright's men edge six points clear of danger.
