Chesterfield 3-1 Notts County

Chesterfield's in-form Jamie Ward was on target again as Notts County's 11-game unbeaten run came to an end.

Ward rounded Russell Hoult after 28 minutes to score his ninth goal of the season and Alan Goodall's deflected shot made it two before the hour.

Delroy Facey's header from Miles Weston's cross pulled one back for Notts County but it was to no avail.

Paul Harsley sealed the win for Chesterfield in injury time after Hoult saved Derek Niven's effort.
