Three first-half goals eased Shrewsbury to victory at home to Bournemouth.

Icelandic teenager Gylfi Sigurdsson fired into the roof of the net to put the home side in front, before Ben Davies scored a fine 20-yard strike.

Davies bundled in his second and after Bournemouth pulled one back through Brett Pitman, defender Joel Ward was sent-off for two bookable offences.

The rout was completed as Richard Walker scored Shrewsbury's fourth deep into injury time.
