Macclesfield got their first league win of the season with a victory against bottom-of-league Luton.

Striker Simon Yeo got Macclesfield's opener with a lobbed volley from 25 yards that left Dean Brill stranded.

Defender James Jennings doubled the lead after 59 minutes with a powerful left-foot drive to the top corner.

Luton posed little threat but got a late consolation when substitute Ryan Charles scored with a free-kick that proved to be the last kick of the game.
