Shane Cansdell-Sherriff opened the scoring after 31 minutes when his long-range drive hit the bar and rebounded in off keeper John Brain.

Grant Holt added the second from the spot after 51 minutes when Ben Davies was fouled by Ahmed Deen.

Graham Coughlan headed home the third after 79 minutes and substitute Dave Hibbert also headed in a fourth.
